We just had our new home orientation. A few minor fixes will be done before closing and taking ownership on Monday morning. Ryan does another checkup/fix of walls and issues in the first month and another around a year. Plants guaranteed each for 1 change out if they die. Again, impressed with Jim F, our project manager who has been there for us every step of the way.
You have to work as a team. You have to help each other out and have great communication with concerns or issues. If you don't it will not be a good experience. Understand that you will have to make compromises or respectfully request further looking into the situation.
